Introduction

Welcome to Hema Printers! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services:

Hema Printers provides the following services:

• Offset Printing: High-volume printing for marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

• Digital Printing: Quick-turnaround prints for stickers, banners, and custom orders.

• Advertising Services: Design and production of advertising materials like wall posters, hoardings, and branding essentials.

2. Orders and Approval:

1. Order Placement:

• Orders can be placed via email, phone, or in person at our office.

• All orders must include complete specifications, including size, quantity, material, and design files (if applicable).

2. Design Proofs and Approval:

• A design proof will be shared for customer approval before production.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details (spelling, colors, dimensions, etc.).

• Production will only begin after written approval of the proof.

3. Changes and Revisions:

• Revisions after proof approval may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment:

1. Pricing:

• Prices are quoted based on the specifications provided.

• Any changes to the order specifications may result in a revised quote.

2. Payment Terms:

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be cleared upon delivery or as per prior agreement.

3. Payment Methods:

• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or UPI.

4. Late Payments:

• Outstanding payments beyond 15 days of delivery will incur a penalty of 2% per month.

4. Turnaround Time:

1. Standard Turnaround Time:

• Offset Printing: 5–7 working days after the design approval.

• Digital Printing: 1–3 working days after the design approval.

• Advertising Services: Based on project complexity, timelines will be discussed during order placement.

2. Delays:

• Turnaround times are subject to material availability and customer approvals.

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier issues) are not our responsibility.

5. Delivery Policy:

1. Delivery Locations:

• We deliver across Tamil Nadu.

2. Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery within a 2km radius.

• Charges may apply for locations beyond the free delivery range.

3. Pickup Option:

• Customers can also choose to collect their orders from our office.

4. Delivery Timeline:

• Deliveries are made within 2–3 working days of order completion.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled before production begins.

• A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged for administrative costs.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds are not applicable for custom-printed products.

• Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

1. Design and Content:

• Customers must ensure that all content (e.g., text, logos, images) provided to us is free of copyright violations.

2. File Formats:

• Design files must be submitted in print-ready formats such as PDF, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG.

3. Color Matching:

• Exact color matching is subject to limitations based on the printing process and materials.

8. Liability:

1. Defects and Errors:

• Hema Printers is responsible for correcting any printing errors caused by us at no additional cost.

• We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs.

2. Damages:

• Hema Printers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order delays or defects.

3. Customer-Owned Materials:

• Materials provided by customers for printing or advertising are handled with care but at the customer’s risk.

9. Intellectual Property:

1. Ownership of Designs:

• Designs created by Hema Printers remain our intellectual property unless purchased by the customer.

• Reproduction or unauthorized use of our designs is prohibited.

2. Customer Designs:

• Customers retain ownership of designs they provide for printing.

10. Confidentiality:

Hema Printers respects customer privacy and ensures that all customer data and design files are handled securely and confidentially.

11. Dispute Resolution:

1. Governing Law:

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Arbitration:

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ramanathapuram.
